When I sat down to design my Logo My obvious first thought, began with my name, followed by my profession and the tools that I use. To me, my surname - the name I descend from, the name that came to me through my ancestors feels like Angel/ Angels/ The Angels. As a human - mortal I opted for wings, air, travel in whatever the sense - travel may be; spiritual, physical and envisioned in white, like that of Truth of Angels that are. So, The wings were created in the background, like into the high - horizon sky. To seperate me The Artist, The Painter, Designer, Writer, Poet, Photographer from others within the world named Angelis, I needed to have my name incorporated into my Logo. So my name appears into the high sky because this is how I feel when I am creating my art and its outcome! As I Always Art From My Heart, Great Thought And Meaning Designed And Created My Logo! Hence, Marisa Angelis - Artist into the Angels’ wing span But what about my main professions’ tools? Paint and Colour! The Rainbow with its seven colours, In electric colour, illuminates and blends into part of the continuous wing span, portraying the extended wing of 'paint brush strokes' colour and forming a road My journey... My God Given talent The Black, I suppose is the mystery Of that, that only destiny knows, holds and shows The Black and the White though… Need to be when mixing colours The Black and The White though and all the colours in the Rainbow of my Logo Represent All cultures All differences Cultural Diversity throughout and continuously in my Artistic and my life's journey! White is also my Painters signature MHAngelis and long ago MHA My Luxury Paintings are forever representing Happy Art ! My On going Art Exhibition since 2005 on my website states ‘United Colours’ !
